CA issues citations official in the State of securities insurance investigation
California Commissioner John Garamendi insurance paid a broader network of its investigation in respect of insurance operations, announced Wednesday that nine other citations issued, this time with the owners, businesses and brokerage of real estate mortgages.
Garamendi has sent subpoenas to KB Homes in Los Angeles, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in Des Moines, Iowa, and four other companies in trying to detect whether they receive commissions from insurers in exchange for securities to manage their companies track.
The insurance division of the last action follows four subpoenas issued last month as insurance terrestrial giants America Financial Group.
