At the end of ING Group (ING) acquisition of ReliaStar Insurance Group, Aetna Financial Services and Aetna International, Standard & Poor’s today announced the following rating actions:
Affirms its comments on ING Groep NV, including its double-’A'-minus long term and “In the short term, 1′-Counter Party Credit Ratings.
Affirms its comments on ING Verzekeringen NV, including their double-’A'-minus long term and “In the short term, 1′-Counter Party Credit Ratings.
Increases its ratings for members of the ReliaStar Life Insurance Group to double-’A ‘more than double-’A’ and the opposing party credit rating on ReliaStar Financial Corp. ‘A’ over simple’A ‘and removes these comments from Credit Watch, where she was able having a positive effect on May 1, 2000.
